Cheese corn croquettes

Recipe Ingredients

  • 6 boiled potatoes
  • 20 gm paneer
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp lalmirch powder
  • For stuffing
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup Boiled Corns
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • Oil for Deep frying
  • Bread crumbs
  • Cornflour as required

Recipe Preparation

  1. Take boiled potatoes and mash it add mashed paneer and mix well.
  2. Add all the spices and mix well.
  3. For stuffing add grated cheese, boiled corn which has been drained, salt and black pepper.
  4. Take potatoes and paneer mixture flatten it and stuff it with cheese corn mixture. Close it properly.
  5. Make a thick cornflour batter. Dip cheese corn croquettes in this batter.
  6. Coat with bread crumbs.
  7. Deep fry in hot oil on a high flame.
  8. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
My Tip: Corns must be inside oherwise they become hard
