HOW TO MAKE BAEL (WOOD APPLE) MURABBA:
- Peel and cut the fruit into small pieces.
- Discard the pips and immerse in water for 4 hours.
- Drain out the water and dry for 2 hours.
- Put 1 cup water in sugar and prepare a syrup. Put over a slow fire till the fruit turns brown. Remove from fire.
- Cool and put in essence, cover the pieces of fruit with foil and put in an airtight bottle.
