- A soul-stirring, wholesome shorba made of corn and subtle spices. Perfect for the nippy weather!
Ingredients
- A bowl of sweet corn
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 4 cubes of butter
- 1 Tbsp jeera
- 1 Tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 Onion
- 1 Chilli
- 1 Ginger
- 4-5 Garlic cloves
- Lemon juice
- 1 tsp. chaat masala
- Salt
Method
- Heat oil, add butter, jeera, turmeric powder, chopped onion, chillies, garlic and chopped ginger.
- Now, add sweet corn, water, salt and bring to boil.
- Add the mixture to a food processor & puree it.
- Pour it back into the pan, add some water, lemon juice, chaat masala & mix.
- Serve it in a bowl.
