Ingredients
* 3 cups Rice
* 2 bunches Spinach
* 3 tbsp butter
* 2 pods cloves
* 2 green cordamoms
* 1" piece cinnamon Stick
* 1 tsp Gingergarlic paste
* 1 tsp Redchili powder
* Salt to taste.
Preparation
* Wash and Cook Rice and keep aside.
* Wash spinach and cook it till soft Allow it to cool down then grind it to fine paste.Set aside.
* Heat butter in a pan.Add cloves Cinnamon cordamoms pepper cornsfry for 2- 3 mins on medium flame.
* Then add Ginger garlic paste add red chili powderstir fry for 2 mins.
* Then add gorund spinach and salt to it,mix thoroughly.Then add Cooked rice to it, mix well and serve Hot.
