  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tomato, pulp removed, cubed
  • 1 medium sized onion, finely chopped
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 2-3 sprigs of coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 a lemon
  • delmonte cheesy garlic mayonnaise ( a tablespoon for each toast)
  • salt to taste
  • pepper powder for seasoning
  • butter for cooking
