Bran chapati is a healthy recipe which taste great as well. This is great way of adding wheat bran in your diet. This chapati turns out so soft and taste really yummy too.

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Resting Time : 15 mins
Makes: 10 roti
Ingredients:
Wheat Flour / Atta - 1 cup
Wheat Bran - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Warm Water as needed
Oil or Ghee for making roti
Method:
Take wheat flour, bran and salt in a bowl and mix well.
Add warm water and knead to a soft dough.
Now set aside so the dough can rest for 15 mins. Divide it into equal balls.
Now roll the dough into a roti.
Place the roti on a hot pan, cook both sides till done.
Serve with drizzle of ghee.
