Apples are the most consumed fruits in the World, studies prove. They are rich in Anti-oxidants, Vitamins, Minerals amd Fibers. They are a rich source of hydration to the body and lungs and they increase body fluid levels, they help strengthen heart functioning, decrease mucous in the lungs and respiratory zone. * Some honey
