The dressing which you use in salad makes it wonderful. There are so many salad dressing which taste just yummy. I will be soon share the various version of it. This is my first and favourite salad dressing. It is a light olive oil based dressing with lots of herbs in them and is just yum.

Ingredients:
Olive Oil - 1/2 cup
White Wine Vinegar - 3 to 4 tblspn
Garlic - 1 chopped very finely
Shallots - 1 chopped very finely
Honey - 1 tblspn
Red Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Dried Oregano - 1/2 tsp
Dried Marjoram - 1/4 tsp
Parsley - 1 tblspn chopped very finely
Method:
Take oil and vinegar in a bowl and whisk till it is emulsified. Now add all ingredients and mix well. Store it in a air tight bottle, shake before use.
